1. The marketplace

AssetFlipz is a marketplace where users buy and sell digital assets (social-media accounts, channels, pages, videos and similar digital items). We facilitate transactions; the transfer of each asset happens between buyer and seller.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. One person may hold one account. Sellers must complete identity (KYC) verification. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or policy violations.

3. Listings

Sellers must own the asset and describe it truthfully — follower counts, views, monetization status and any strikes must be accurate. Listings require admin approval and may be removed at any time.

4. Payments & escrow

Wallet payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or an order is cancelled/refunded. A commission of 5% applies to each sale. Manual payments are confirmed by our team before delivery proceeds.

5. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute on a pending order. Our decision — refund the buyer or pay the seller — is final.

6. Prohibited

Stolen or hacked accounts, fake engagement, chargeback fraud, harassment, and circumventing escrow are prohibited and may lead to a permanent ban and forfeiture of balances.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetFlipz is not liable for losses arising from user transactions beyond the escrowed amount of the specific order.
