1. Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, username, country and phone number (optional). Sellers completing KYC additionally provide identity document details and a document photo. We also record login history (IP address, device, time) for account security, and transaction records for wallet top-ups, purchases and payouts.

2. How we use your information

• To operate the marketplace: accounts, listings, orders, escrow and payouts.
• To verify seller identities (KYC) and keep the marketplace safe from fraud.
• To send transactional notifications (orders, disputes, wallet activity).
• To detect abuse, e.g. unusual login activity or payment fraud.

3. What we never do

We never sell your personal data to third parties. KYC documents are visible only to you and our verification team, and are never published on listing pages or profiles.

4. Data security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sensitive actions are protected by CSRF tokens, sessions expire on sign-out, and admins can only access data required for moderation. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Security page and review your login history at any time.

5. Data retention & deletion

Transaction records are retained as required by financial record-keeping rules. You may request account deletion from your Security page; deletion requests are reviewed by our team and completed once there are no open orders, disputes or pending payouts.

6. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
